APPOINTMENTS

Ensure Before & After care section on this website has been read & understood at least 12 hours before your appointment. If you arrive at the appointment without have read the Before & After Care section Isvaara Ltd can not guarantee the best possible results from your treatment.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time, however treatments will still be charged at full price.

DEPOSIT PAYMENT

A deposit of £5 will be required in order to secure an appointment. A link to securely make the deposit payment will be sent by email or text message at the time of booking or you are welcome to make a bank transfer to Isvaara Ltd Business Account.  Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance to the cancellation policy.

CANCELLATIONS

Ro cancel or reschedule an appointment a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Missed or cancelled appointments outside of this window means you will lose your deposit. 

LOYALTY DISCOUNTS

Repeat customers will receive 10% off on their 2nd booking, 15% off on their 3rd booking and 20% off on their 4th booking. Given that the bookings are made within a 4 months period.Discounts apply to customers booking directly with Isvaara Ltd only. 

DISCOUNTS FOR LOCAL BUSINESSES / STAFF

As a part of our Terms & Conditions we would like to offer a 15% staff discounts on all treatments, If you work within 3 miles of our Clinic. A maximum of 1 discount per customer per a visit, to be redeemed at time of payment. A valid Staff ID card must be presented at time of appointment in order to prove your place of work. The discount can not be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.
